I'm in Brighton, on the south coast of England. That's where I am, not who I work with: clients are in the UK, the US and Australia. My mornings land in the Australian evening, my afternoons in the US East Coast morning — nobody takes a 3am call.
Remote is how this works, not a compromise. We start on video. You get a private preview link to open on your phone and forward to whoever matters. Progress arrives as written updates, not standing meetings.
